Answer: A tea-stall is a common sight in our country. A tea-stall is a good place where people can have a cup of tea and fresh themselves. It is found everywhere in both rural and urban areas. It is found in railway stations, lunch ghats, bus stands, cinema halls, and village markets. The tea-stall has usually two parts. In one part there is the fireplace where a kettle is kept hot on the stove. It the other part there are chairs, benches, tables, and a showcase. At one corner of the stall, the proprietor sits on a chair before a table. He takes care of the stall and receives the payment from the customers. Customers can sit on a chair or benches. A boy serves tea to the customers. In the showcases, there are loaves, biscuits, eggs and sweetmeats for sale. Prepared tea is sold in the tea-stall. The tea-stall opens in the morning and closes late at night. It is the meeting place of people of the locality. They take tea and talk with another. They talk about village politics. A tea-stall is a very attractive place for tired passers-by. They come to the tea-stall to refresh themselves by taking tea and other things.
