Answer: A day laborer is a person who leads his life by the sweat of his brow. He is healthy, strong, and stout. He lives with his family in a slum and leads a subhuman life. He is usually employed in agricultural or construction work. He works from morning till evening, according to the direction of his employer. He gets up early in the morning and goes out in search of work. In the evening, he gets his wages. Then he goes to the market, buys his daily necessities, and returns to his house. He has both pleasures and pains. If he earns more, he gets pleasure. When he fails to do that, he gets pain. A day laborer’s life is full of hardship. He often works in very bad working conditions. Sometimes he is given to do risky jobs. But he is little paid for such risky jobs. A day laborer works in extremely bad weather. If he does not find any work, his family starves. If he falls sick, he and his family suffer most. A day laborer indeed renders valuable service to society. He contributes a lot to the development of a country. So, we should show due respect to a day laborer.

Answer: A day laborer works for the whole day. He is a very hardworking man. He has no definite job. Usually, a day laborer lives in a slum or a hut. He gets up very early in the morning and goes out in search of work. He continues his work till the sun sets. A day laborer works in a 2 agricultural field, in a construction site, in a railway station, a bus terminal, a ferry ghat, a launch terminal, etc. Though a day laborer is engaged in heavy manual work, he is always neglected and his work is not evaluated. Rather he is looked down upon in our society. He has to 4:14 struggle for his existence. A day laborer works under an employer, after hard work for the whole day, he goes to the market to buy some rice and vegetables, then he returns home, cooks food, and has his meal with his family. He earns by the sweat of his brow. If he cannot manage work on any day, he has to starve with his family. He does not know how to take a rest. If he is ill, he does not get proper treatment. He cannot send his children to school. He cannot buy good clothes. He puts on a shabby dress. A day laborer is always ill-fed and ill-clad. He is burdened with a big family. When he becomes old and cannot work, he has to live a miserable life.
