Dear Sir,
I would like to draw your kind attention to the following fact that there is no sufficient tube-well for the huge population of our village. People are drinking contaminated water and are suffering from many serious water-borne diseases. We are now; in need of a tube well in our village. We pray and hope that you would be kind enough to sanction a tube-well for our village and oblige us to be grateful to your thereby.

Yours faithfully,

Application for sinking tube-well

The Chairman
Mugdapara Union Parishad
Sobujbag, Dhaka.

Subject: Prayer for seeking tube-wells

Sir,
We, the inhabitants of Mugdapara union, draw your kind attention to the following fact that Manda is a big village under your union. About 500 families live here but it is a matter of fact that the villagers have very few sources of pure drinking water. There are only three tube wells in this village. There are also two ponds here but most of the periods of the year remain dry. As a result, the villagers have to depend on the sinking tube wells. So, there always remains a long queue for tube-wells water. As a result, the villagers have to waste their valuable time. So, we are badly needed for a source of pure water. At least, three sinking tube wells in three different spots can solve our problem.

We therefore pray and hope that you will take the necessary steps to supply us with three sinking tube wells as early as possible and oblige thereby.

We remain, sir,
Yours faithfully
The inhabitants of
Manda Village
